Description

This is a notice of intent of the Center For Health Care Contracting (CHCC) at Fort Sam Houston, TX to award a purchase order to UpToDate, Inc., 34 Washington Street, Suite 100, Wellesley, MA 02481-1903 to provide an internet based clinical reference tool for the US Army Medical Command medical treatment facilities (MTF) and research laboratories through an annual subscription. This is a sole source procurement. The CHCC intends to solicit and negotiate only with UpToDate, under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c)(1). The performance period will be 30 September 2004 through 29 September 2005. The NAICS code for this procurement is 511210. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers.
