Description

PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: The 15th Contracting Squadron (15 CONS) Hickam AFB Hawaii anticipates issuing a solicitation on or about 10 Sep 04 to acquire Liquid Aviator's Breathing Oxygen Type II Bulk for Hickam AFB HI. This service will ask the contractor to provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to provide Liquid Aviator's Breathing Oxygen. The Statement of Work (SOW)will be made available in the Government solicitation. This acquistion is unrestricted.The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquistion is 325120 (1000 employees). The solicitation must be downloaded from www.eps.gov. No paper copies will be issued. All information required for submission of an offer will be identified in the solicitation. A site visit will be conducted at a date identified in the solicitation. The government anticipates award on or about 24 Sep 04 with a performance start date of of 1 Oct 04. This notice serves as preliminary information and does not obligate the government to award a contract, restrict the government in its ultimate acquisition approach, or obligate the government to pay for proposal costs.
