Description

This is Amendment 002 to the solicitation issued by the Department of Commerce (DOC)/ National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA)/National Environmental Satellite, Data and Information Service (NESDIS) for project management, engineering, relocation, and action management support to physically relocate and install antennas, computer and communications equipment and related furniture for five NESDIS operations centers and mission critical satellite systems from Federal Building 4 (FB4) to the new NOAA Satellite Operations Facility (NSOF) and Wallops Command and Data Acquisition Station (WCDAS). FB4 and the NSOF facilities are both located in Suitland, Maryland. The WCDAS facility is located in Wallops, Virginia. Attached are a revised Request for Proposals, Statement of Work and Answers to Questions. All responsible sources may submit a proposal that shall be considered by the agency.
