- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format is Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ), the reference number is F1ABSM41833100. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24. This is a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 333319. The size standard 500 employees. Item Description is as follows: CLIN 0001 (2 each); Mfg: SOMAT, Model SPC Super 60 free standing, close-coupled Pulper w/ 6HP TEFC direct drive motor, vibration isolation system, investment cast, 17-4 stainless, precipitation harden cutting mechanism with top blocks hinged stainless steel lid with limit switch, single 9" return water flushed feed trough connection with trough flushed nozzle and pre-piped valve package assembly for fresh water, slurry piping, return piping and drive motor totally enclosed, Hydra-Extractor with 2HP TEFC drive motor, stainless steel discharge chute with limit switch, 3 HP re-circulating pump, chemical additive pump, automatic rinse system (includes automatic shutdown timer) push button station and SOM-A-Trol control panel in NEMA 4, stainless steel enclosure with water level control, unit pre-wired to a unit-mounted junction box. Permanent trough magnet with mounting hardware Electrical 208 volt, 3 phase, 60 hertz (to be confirmed or corrected) (2) SPC-60S, F.S/TR+1,000 lbs per hour each, BRAND NAME OR EQUAL.
