Description

The contractor shall furnish all paint, labor, equipment, and materials and perform all work in strict accordance with specifications for painting the interior of Government-owned post facilities. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, r outine preparation such as caulking; spackling of holes; repair of small abrasions and drywall indentations; repair of window glazing, masonry cracks and voids, and plaster; replacing drywall; taping, and texturing of drywall; stripping and refinishing of wood floors, doors, cabinets, stairs, and other surfaces; re-securing wall boards. Work will be performed on Fort Huachuca, Arizona, in accordance with commercial standards and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Period of perfo rmance is for one base year with four one-year options. Project magnitude is between $100,000.00 and $500,000.00. Subject procurement is to be issued on an Unrestricted Basis IAW FAR Subpart 19.10 -- Small Business Competitive ness Demonstration Program.
