Description

The purpose of this admendment is to change the five (5) year maintenance period of the original solicition to, a five (5) year super-warranty, inclusive of all, required on-site maintenance, repair and replacement parts to ensure complete system is 98 percent operational at all times, inclusive of outage time. Contractor response and repair times shall be no later than 48 hours from outage report. PCs that are required to operate the system shall be furnished and installed by the contractor. Vendors are requested to acknowledge this admendment. All written proposal should be in this office NLT 31 Aug 04, 1630 hours. One submission in electronic format may be emailed to deborah.holt@ramstein.af.mil.
