Description

RFP SP4400-04-R-0009. Service contract for all fees, labor, packaging, transportation, and disposal of hazardous/non-hazardous waste from Anniston Army Depot. SP4400-04-R-0009 will be issued on or about 19 August 2004 on the World Wide Web. The Website address is http://www.drms.dla.mil/newproc/index.html. Approximate closing date is 20 September 2004. This solicitation will be a Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ) for a period of 18-months base period and two 18-month option periods. Performance will be requested by issuance of written task orders against the basic contract. Qualifications: Prospective contractors or subcontractors must be able to meet all Federal, State, and Local Laws, ordinances, and regulations governing handling, transportation, and disposal of hazardous waste materials and environmental protection. The contract award decision will be based on a combination of Past Performance, Price, and other factors described in the solicitation. The proposed contract is a 100% Set-Aside for Small Business.
