- PR No: RR042040040000; This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Plate Bearing for the C-5 aircraft. This solicitation is for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The solicitation has a base year and four option years. There are five approved sources of supply, CPI Aerospace (Cage 9U679), Lockheed Martin Aeroparts (0A489), A & M Aerospace (6Z800), Aero Components (59213) and Precision Mfg (Cage 92037). The NSN, Part Number, and Annual Estimated Quantities (AEQ) are as follows: 1560-00-097-9383; P/N 4J32042-101B REV ?D?; AEQ = 64 Base Year, 64 per Option Year; and Maximum Qty = 128 Base Year and 128 each for all Option Years. Delivery: FOB Origin, 194 days ARO. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue dated is on or about 25 Aug 04. The anticipated award date is 30 Nov 04. Reference notes 1, 23 and 26.
