- The USDA Forest Service intends to award one or more contracts for tree thinning and removal with slash treatment and stand improvement activities to reduce the tree density, fuel loading and ladder fuels for fuels reduction in the Rainbow Valley project area near Centennial, Wyoming. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) System. Evaluation factors for award are price, technical capability, and past performance. This solicitation is Set Aside 100% for small business. The NAICS Code for this project is 115310 and the Size Standard is not to exceed $6 Million. Solicitation is anticipated to be published August 2, 2004.
