- Description
- The National Assessment Governing Board (NAGB) is seeking a contractor to provide technical and logistical support services. Specifically, the requirement is to provide meeting support services for quarterly meetings of the Board and other meetings of the Board?s Standing Committees; convene additional meetings such as meetings of expert panels, workshops, seminars, and conferences; facilitate the acquisition of expert advice on subject matters of interest to the Board through subcontracts; secure and coordinate the preparation of commissioned papers; conduct research, analysis and report findings on subjects of interest to the Board; provide publications support to include design and editorial support for Board publications; provide Internet services for the Board?s web site (www.nagb.org); and provide administrative support services as needed. The period of performance will be 60 months with one base year and four option years. All requests for the RFP shall reference the RFP number ED-04-R-0034. The anticipated release date of this RFP is on or about August 17, 2004 and the closing date is September 16, 2004. The RFP can be retrieved using any of the following methods: The Statement of Work will appear on the NAGB website, http://www.nagb.org on or after August 17, 2004. Written requests should be sent to the address shown above as Contracting Office Address, attention Stephen Swearingen. In response to telephone, fax, or written requests, RFPs will be mailed by regular U.S. Postal Service mail on or after August 17, 2004. Copies may be picked up at the Contracting Office Address on or after the release date.
