Description

The Contractor is to furnish all supervision, labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform all services required to move/relocate office furniture and any other services which would normally be included in a complete moving service for VA Medical Center, 1481 W. 10th Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46202, in accordance with the contract documents. The contract period is October 1, 2004 through September 30, 2005, with two (2) one year option renewals. The NAICS is 484210, standard size is 21.5M. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the government. Contractors are responsible for obtaining a copy of all documents (solicitation and amendments) via the website: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov./cgi-bin/WebObjects/BosPublic.woa. This solicitation is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. See Note(s): 12.
