- Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to repair PARKING GARAGE ASPHALT ON THE DECK at the RLR VA MEDICAL CENTER, 1481 W. 10th St., Indianapolis, IN, in accordance with the specifications and drawings. NAICS Code 238190 applies. The cost range is between $25,000 - $50,000. Completion time is 1 calendar day (Saturday) after Notice to Proceed. Solicitation packages will be available on or about 8/16/04 with bids due approximately 30 calendar dasy after issuance. Award is subject to availability of funds and is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. Only written/faxed request for the solicitation will be accepted and may be faxed to 317/554-0200.
