Description

The VA Tennessee Valley Healthcare System is soliciting SF 330s from all qualified large and small businesses. The firm shall provide all necessary labor, material, equipment, and architectural and engineering services as required to prepare complete contract derawings, specifications, technical reports, and cost estimates throughout construction for the project Endoscopy and Chemo Expansion and Enhancements at the VA Medical Center, 1310 24th Ave., S., Nashville, TN 37212. Work includes architectural, electrical power and systems, plumbing, structural, mechanical, fire protection, interior finishes, and industrial hygiene to renovate approximately 9,385 SF on the 1st and 2nd floor. Construction cost range is $1,000,000 to $2,000,000. A/E interview criteria and short-list criteria may be found at www.va.gov/facmgt/ae/. Interested firms must submit two (2) copies of SF 330 with appropriate documentation to Susan Kemp, Contracting Officer (90C), VISN 9 Acquisition Service Center, 3400 Lebanon Pike, Murfreesboro, TN 37129 by 4:30 on August 30, 2004. The forms may be downloaded from www.gsa.gov/forms. Faxed or electronic copies will not be accepted. No bid packages are available. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP).
