- Description
- This is not a presolicitation notice or request for proposals pursuant to FAR Parts 5, 12 or 15. This posting is to conduct market research IAW FAR Part 10 via a Sources Sought Synopsis to solicit industry comments and survey potential sources for the next generation radio frequency electronic warfare threat simulator for the Electronic Warfare Avionics Integrated Support Facility @ WR-ALC. The government will not reimburse any expenses incurred for participation in this survey. Particpation in this survey does not insure any inclusion or determinations regarding the eventual solicitation that may be issued for this sytem. Interested sources should review the attached capabilities documents and the specification and respond IAW the instructions contained therein. Large and small businesses may participate in the survey. Responses are due by COB 31 August 2004.
