- This modification is issued to add the following: Increase the basic quantity from 13 each to 63 each. Increase the Out-Year Option quantities from 50 each to 125 each. Add Insurance Buy: Mission Essential Quantity of 38 each and Production Quantity of 25 each. Written procedures will be used for this solicitation to McNally Industries, Inc. (cage 96953). Authority 10USC 2304(C)(1), JUSTIFICATION: Supplies/services are available from only one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other supplies (or services) will satisfy agency requirements. INSURANCE BUY: This acquisition will be process IAW AFMC FAR Sup 5253.217-9006 (Award of Mission Essential Quantity): Authority 10USC 2304(C)(1).
