- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation only. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ), and the reference number is F73AMS42030100. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-20. This is a Full and Open procurement. The NAICS code is 315211 and the size standard is 500 employees. Contractor is required to provide: Shirt, Cold Weather, Black Fleece (Gortex liner) Size--Extra Large, Quantity 204, NSN 8415-01-461-8356; Shirt, Cold Weather, Black Fleece (Gortex liner) Size--Large, Quantity 314, NSN 8415-01-461-8341; Shirt, Cold Weather, Black Fleece (Gortex liner) Size--Medium, Quantity 228, NSN 8415-01-461-8337; Shirt, Cold Weather, Black Fleece (Gortex liner) Size--Small, Quantity 17, NSN 8415-01-461-8336.
