Description

The Capital District Contracting Center intends to issue a solicitation for Digital Recording System for the Walter Reed Army Medical Center and Forest Glen site. This is a competitive 100% small business set aside procurement. The Government intend s to award a Firm Fixed Price contract. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 561621 and the Size Standard is 7382, $9.0 million. All perspective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE code) and be actively registered in the Ce ntral Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov. Tentatively anticipate issuing a solicitation on or about August 20, 2004 and the solicitation number will be W91QV1-04-T-0193. The solicitation and any documents related to the procurement will be avai lable on the internet only at the following website: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/solicitation_search_form.cfm. Contractor shall furnish the design, engineering, as built drawings, all labor, material, equipment and electrical power, for the installat ion two (2) fully operational Digital Video Recording (DVR) Systems for the existing Provost Marshal (PMO), Closed Circuit Television Surveillance (CCTV) Systems at both Walter Reed Army Medical Center (WRAMC) and Forest Glen site. These new storage syste ms shall connect into the existing PMO's CCTV systems and be used for mass recording and storage of the PMO CCTV System at both sites.
