Description

The United States Yuma Proving Ground, Arizona has awarded four competitive Basic Ordering Agreements (BOA) for Miscellaneous Paving to Zellers Excavating and Paving 240 Wellington Street, Yuma AZ 85364, Tanner Company Inc. P.O. Box 1449, Yuma AZ 8 5366-1449, Baldi Brothers Inc. P.O. Box 500 Beaumont, CA 92223 and Desert Road Builders Inc. 2554 East 23rd Lane, Yuma, AZ 85365, who has submitted the required information to receive a BOA in response to our solicitation DATM07-02-R-0006 for Miscellaneo us Paving BOAs issued in February 2002. The contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to pave runway clear zones at Castle Dome Heliport (CDH). The statement of work, general requirements and the t erms and conditions of the above BOAs are incorporated and applicable to all awards issued under these agreements. The drawing will be provided during the site visit. The magnitude of this construction requirement is between $100,000 and $250,000. Thi s acquisition is being solicited as unrestricted. All businesses are encouraged to submit a proposal. Award will be made to the offeror whose proposal represents the best value to the Government. The North American Industrial Classification code is 237 310 with a size standard of $28.5 million. Prequalifications: Anyone interested in competing on current or future BOA paving requirements must obtain and complete all requirements of the BOA package and submit your completed package for review and accep tance by the Government. The complete BOA requirements are posted on our contracting web page and can be reviewed via the internet at http://www.yuma.army.mil/contracting/. Please submit BOA package for review and acceptance on the above required work no later than August 12, 2004 at 4:00PM. A mandatory site visit will be scheduled on or before August 20, 2004. You must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration in order to be eligible to receive an award from this solicitation.
