PRON: AX4C0575AX, NSN: 1650-00-117-2990, PN: 114H6701-6, Quantity: 90 each minimum/290 each maximum, 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity requirement applicable to CH-47 Airframe, delivery to Texarkana, T X. Required delivery is 390 Days After Contract Award (DACA). First article due 270 DACA. First article test report is due 288 DACA. This item is restricted to Boeing Helicopter, CAGE Code 77272, HTD Aerospace, CAGE Code 77068, Transaero, Inc., CAGE Code 27541 and Smiths Aerspace CAGE Code 60029, because this part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current DoD-STD-100. Adequate technical data is not available for this a cquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approva l in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
