Description

Relocation of water main system through directional drilling. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237110. This project is UNRESTRICTED The size standard is $28,500,000. The estimated construction cost range is $250,000 t o $500,000. The duration of the project is approximately 180 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 17 August 2004. Bid Opening will be held 30 days after issuance of Plans and Specif ications or 16 September at 11:OO A.M. Plans and specifications may be examined at this office at 26 Federal Plaza, Room 1843. The media selected for the issuance of the solicitations and amendments shall be solely at the discreiption of the Government, ac cordingly the media utilized for this project is the Internat and a CD-ROM. Paper copies of this solicitation and amendments, if any will not be available, or issued. Interested parties may download and print the soliclitation, specifications files and dra wings at no change at http://nan.usace.army.mil (Contracting) A registration page is attached to the website and prospective bidders are requied to register and to receive notice of any amendments and/or addenda that be issued to this solicitation. Utiliza tion of the internet is the preferred method. However CD's will be available upon written request stating the solicitation number, or project name, complete company name and street address (we will not deliver to PO Boxes) telephone and facsimile number (including area code). Make check or money order payable in the amount of $10.00 to FAO, USAED, New York. Registration requiremenets: DFARS 252.204-7004 Required Central Contractor Registration (CCR) applies to this procurement. Prospective contractors may be registered in the Department of Defense CCF Dataa prior to award. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award.
