(e) Must have experience with local water agency wholesale and retail water management issues and planning challenges. (f) Must have experience in the economic evaluation of water conservation programs, water recycling programs, and desalination programs. (g) Experience with Reclamation facilities desirable but not necessary. (h) Experience and knowledge of contemporary Western water issues is also desirable.
