- GovWorks on behalf of the Air Mobility Battlelab intends on awarding a sole source contract to Teledyne Controls for the below listed requirement. This announcement is published as a Sole Source in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The Air Mobility Battlelab is acquiring a demonstration of the capability of using a tablet PC to run C-130 Aircraft Performance Software. The Tablet PC will also be capable of meeting the Air Force need for Technical Order and Flight Manual Transformation Program Concepts of Operations. This requires that the system that performs the calculations also be capable of utilizing future digital tech data. The anticipated award date is August 9, 2004.
