Description

The U.S. Dept. of the Interior's National Business Center - Southwest Branch intends to procure Office-Wide Scientific, Engineering, Technical, and Administrative support services required to assist the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), Advanced Technology Office (ATO). More specifically, nonpersonal services are required focusing on technical, programmatic/financial, procuring and administrative support for existing, planned and yet to be identified DARPA/ATO programs. The requirement for these services will be for a period estimated from January 1, 2005 to December 31, 2005 with four 12-month optional periods. A solicitation will be issued and posted to the following U.S. Department of the Interior link: http://www.nbc.gov/forth.html , on or shortly after the fifteenth day following the date of this presolicitation notice. A copy of the solicitation will also be attached to this presolicitation notice for access through FedBizOpps. This negotiated procurement will be issued on an unrestricted basis under full and open competition.
