- Description
- This is a Notice of Intent from the Naval Air Systems Command, Aircraft Division (NAVAIR AD), Patuxent River, Maryland to contract on an other than full and open competition basis with AlphaTech, Inc. Burlington, MA to provide Multi-Source Integration (MSI) software in order to develop and demonstrate ways and means of correlating various sensors and sources of tracking data in command and control platforms and to support an initial operational capability in the E-2C in FY07. This contract will be negotiated on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This is a follow-on contract for continued MSI software research and development. See numbered Note(s) 22
