- THIS SOLICITATION IS ADVERTISED FOR CERTIFIED 8(a) BASIC ORDERING AGREEMENT (BOA) HOLDERS WITH NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING COMMAND, SOUTHERN DIVISION IN THE SBA DISTRICT OF GEORGIA. The Project involves MISCELLANEOUS HVAC UPGRADES, MAINTENANCE CENTER, MARINE CORPS LOGISTICS BASE, ALBANY, GEORGIA. The work consists of, but not limited to, upgrading head and shower exhaust, upgrade small arms shop ventilation, modifying doors at 100M test firing range, adding stack heads at Bldg 2210, and HVAC upgrade at NDT Building 2212. The total estimated value of the acquisition is between $25,000 and $100,000. The NAICS Code is 238220/$12M. Proposals will be evaluated using LOW PRICE/TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE. Technical Factors include Past Performance and Technical Qualifications. The Government reserves the right to Reject any or all proposals at any time prior to award; negotiate with any or all offerors or award without discussions or any contact concerning proposals. The Government has issued the Request for Proposals (RFP) electronically by posting it on the NAVFAC website, www.esol.navfac.navy.mil. Plans and specifications WILL NOT be directly provided in a hard copy format. Notification of any changes (amendments) to the solicitation shall be made only on the Internet. It is therefore the Contractor?s responsibility to check daily for any posted changes (amendments) to this solicitation?s plans and specifications. Proposals will be due on AUGUST 23, 2004 by 2:00 PM EST.
