- Description
- The FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia announces its intent to issue a sole source modification to an existing contract for a four-month extension of the Fleet Surveillance Support Command (FLTSURVSUPPCOM) Operation and Maintenance Services for the Relocatable Over-the-Horizon Radar (ROTHR) system. It is our intent to issue this extension to Raytheon Technical Services by modification of contract N00140-00-C-H001 to procure the four months of additional services required from 1 OCT 2004 through 31 JAN 2005 to allow FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia to complete its evaluation of the proposals received in response to RFP N00140-04-R-L905 as well as to ensure that the 90-day ramp up period required by the RFP will be available to the subsequent awardee.
