- This is a synopsis for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR SUBPART 5.2, and supplemented with additional information included in this notice and the solicitation. The solicitation for the Antiterrorism Force Protection Program Management/(Manager) is attached to this synopsis. The Regional Contracting Office-Northwest Region, Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center/Marine Air Ground Task Force Training Command, Twentynine Palms, CA intends to award a competitive Fixed Price Contract for a Base Year and 4 Options Years. Option years shall be sequentially determined and exercised solely at the discretion of the Government. The solicitation is presented in accordance with FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) and FAR 13.5 (Test Program for Certain Commercial Items)and most current provisions and clauses through Federal Acquisition Circulars 2001-23.
