- Description
- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) hereby modifies the Presolicitation Notice RFQ-04-0676 as a sole source procurement due to proprietary drawings that may not be disclosed to the public. The BEP intends to procure Repair Parts for the OCIS Automated Inspection System from Advance Graphics Equipment Company, to whom the drawings belong. This procurement action is for supplies in which the U.S. Federal Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 and 13.106-1. The resulting purchase order will not exceed the simplified purchase threshold. The procedures set forth in FAR Part 13.106-3 shall be used.
