Description

GSA?s Federal Technology Service intends to solicit on an other than full and open competition basis, outbound faxing software applications as an additional application to the existing Mutare Enhanced Voice Messaging System for Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP) in accordance with FAR Part 13.5. These services will be provided by Verizon via a firm-fixed price contract. The procurement is being processed through other than full and open competition pursuant to the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Verizon since it has an existing maintenance agreement in place with DSCP for the existing Octel and Mutare systems. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, all responsible sources may submit a response which will be considered.
