- WANTED TO LEASE OFFICE SPACE TO THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT The United States Government is seeking to lease modern office space and facilities, consisting of 52,100 usable square feet of office space and 11,000 usable square feet of climate controlled warehouse space with at least one 10?H x 10?w overhead door. The proposed property must provide a fenced location on the premises to accommodate reserved parking for 80 vehicles. The rentable space should yield approximately 63,100 usable square feet for use by the tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment, and must be within walking distance to public transportation. The proposed space must be accessible for a 7 day, 24 hour operation and have ample employee parking. All offered properties must be located within the following delineated area: North: Touhy Avenue South: Irving Park Road East: Cumberland Avenue West: Mannheim Road Expressions of interest must include the following: 1. Building name and address including nine digit zip code 2. Rentable square feet and rentable rate per square foot 3. Method of Measurement used to determine rentable square feet 4.
