Description: The VA MEDICAL CENTER, DAYTON, OHIO is seeking Sources to provide OB/GYN services for the VAMC, Dayton, Ohio. Period of performance is Date of Award thru 9/30/05 with 2 option years. The Contractor must provide two board certified or board eligible providers for clinic four hours per week to provide exams. The Providers will also perform surgery on as-needed basis at the VAMC, Dayton. Solicitation packages are not available. Please contact the contracting officer for information.
