Description: A site visit for this procurement will be held on 7 Sep 04, 10:00am. Contact Sherry Deyo at 845-938-2968 for information. Services include: clean chimney flues anad remove loose flue tiles, install an appropriately sized new UL listed stainless stee l chimney liner of .018 inch thickness in the living room fireplace flue of all quarters. Install all necessary stainless steel tees, connectors, and top plates as necessary for each location, insulate the new chimney liner, connect furnace smoke pipes and seal as necessary in each location, remove and reinstall the chimney caps as necessary in each location. Contractor to submit work schedule to be approved by the government. Period of Performance is 21 days after approval of work schedule. The NAICS cod e for this procurement is 561790 with a size standard of $6 Million. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business. See numbered note 1. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered.
