Description: The United States Department of Agriculture, Agriculture Research Service intends to negotiate solely with Waters Corporation, Milford, MA, to provide maintenance for a QTOF-Ultima API Mass Spectrometer with software updates and upgrades for MASSLYNX Software for the period 10-01-04 through 09-30-05. Companies with demonstrated capability and financial capacity to service such equipment must submit a written substantive statement outlining the companies capabilities to the Contracting Officer within 15 days of publication of this notice. This is not a request for proposal nor is a solicitation available.
