Description

The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting for quotations To provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment and qualified personnel necessary to install, operate, maintain and repair water purification system(s) yielding Type I reagent-grade water to our Building 200 laboratories of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Service, at the Edward Hines, Jr. VA Hospital 60141. Anticipated period of performance is October 1, 2004 through September 30, 2005 with four (4), one-year option renewal periods, at the Government?s discretion. This is a Firm Fixed Price contract and this acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. The size standard for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 221310 is $6Million. Offers, shall be evaluated for fair and reasonable pricing, technical competency/capability to perform services and satisfactory past performance record. The Government anticipates award of a commercial item contract to the responsible offeror whose offer provides the best value to the Government. Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. Anticipated award effective date is October 1, 2004.
