Description

The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting for quotes under Solicitation No. RFQ 786-14-05 for the manufacture, delivery and installation of concrete cemetery graveliners for the Salisbury National Cemetery. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supervision and transportation necessary to complete the supply and installation of these items. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, and the NAICS code is 327390 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. This solicitation will be posted on September 3, 2004, and will have a due date of September 23, 2004, 4:00 PM (COB). This contract action is to cover a Base Year, with three (3) 1 year options which will extend the term of the contract through September 30, 2008. This solicitation is subject to the availability of funds. Solicitations with cover letter can be obtained electronically from this web site. Hard copies can only be obtained by forwarding a written request to the POC above either by mail, facsimile and/or e-mail. All requests are to contain the company name, address, telephone number, facsimile number, point of contact, Tax ID and DUNS #. All Veteran Owned Small Businesses, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, Woman Owned Small Businesses, Small Disadvantaged Businesses and HUBZone Certified Small Businesses are encouraged to participate in this solicitation.
