Description

Military Training Facility A/V Equipment Little Rock Air Force Base has a requirement for a contractor to provide the follow required items: Portable Mini-Book PC (est. qty ? 144), StarBoard StarTablet 15? Interactive Panel (est. qty ? 144), keyed alike locks to secure monitors and computers (est. qty ? 300), 23 DA switchers for video and computer (est. qty ? 22), VGA computer DA?s (est. qty ? 22), 42? Custom Viewing Plasma TV (est. qty ?1), in addition to the above requirements there are accessories, training and installation. The anticipated date for posting of the solicitation is 10 Sep 2004. A Site Visit of the location where all the required items are to placed with be conducted on 10 Sep 04 @ 10:00 a.m. (Central Standard Time). All interested contractors MUST e-mail SSgt Amy K. Proffitt at amy.proffitt@littlerock.af.mil in order to attend the Site Visit, need to include who will be attending, company name and phone number, incase information needs to be changed. This requirement has been 100% set-aside for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System code is 334119 (SIC is 3577). The small business size is 1,000 employees. The solicitation will only be available through FEDBIZOPS (www.eps.gov) -- NO HARD COPIES will be sent out, EXCEPT for those contractors who show up to the Site Visit.
