Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4620-04-Q-A039 is issued as a request for quote, utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2001-24. NAICS Code is 561790. Small business size standard is $6M. This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Fairchild AFB has a requirement for Hood and Duct Cleaning and Maintenance Services in accordance with the Statement of Work. The contract will cover the period 1 Oct 04 thru 30 Sep 05 with four option years.
