Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4620-04-Q-A049 is issued as a request for quote, utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR Part 13. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24. North American Industry Classification System Code is 561110. Small business size standard is $6M. This is a small business set-aside. Unit Small Business Specialist is Mrs. Marion Nelson ((509) 247-4880); link to USAF Small Business, http://www.selltoairforce.org; link to SBA http://sba.gov: link to unit public information: https://www.fairchild.af.mil/lgcons. The contractor shall serve as Discovery Resource Center Specialist in the Family Support Center at Fairchild AFB, WA providing referral assistance and training to include computer support, technical assistance and administrative support (filing, typing, scheduling, and answering telephones) to staff members, military members and their families. The contract will consist of a Base Year plus one Option Year, beginning 01 Oct 04 through 30 Sep 05.
