Description

The Government wishes to purchase the following Cisco equipment or equivalent. Anticipated Award Date: 14 Sept 04. Item #0001: 1ea Cisco Catalyst 4500 Chassis (7-Slot), fan, no p/s, Red Sup Capable. Item #0002: 1ea Catalyst 4500 1000W AC Power Supply (Data Only). Item #0003: 1ea Catalyst 4500 1000W AC Power Supply Redundant. Item #0004: 2 ea AC Power Cord North America. Item #0005: 1ea Catalyst 4500 Supervisor II-Plus (IOS), 2GE, Console (RJ-45). Item #0006: 1ea Catalyst 4507R Redundant Sup II-Plus, ( 2GE), Console (RJ-45). Item #0007: 1ea Cisco IOS BASIC L3 Cat4500 SUP2+/4/5,3DES(RIP,St.Rts,IPX,AT). Item #0008: 1ea Catalyst 4000 Gigabit Ethernet Module, 6-Ports (GBIC). Item #0009: 1ea Catalyst 4000 24-port 10/100/1000 Module (RJ45). Item #0010: 8ea 100 0BASE-LX/LH long haul GBIC (singlemode or multimode). Item #0011: 1ea 8x5xNBD Svc, Catalyst 4500 Chassis (7-Slot), fan, no p. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplem ented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation serves as the Request for Quotation. Provisions are FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items and FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items apply to this acquisition. Best Value to the Government will be used to evaluate offers. This includes, but is not limited to, t he best price when considering the merits of all offers. Offers need to include a completed copy of the provisions at 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certification-Commercial Items with their offer. Offers must also be registered in the Central Contra ctor Registration and should include their DUNS number, Cage Code and Federal Tax ID number. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Order-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Offers are d ue by 1300 (MST) on 14 Sept 2004.
