Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, RMK0E040121, is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) under test procedures of FAR 13.5. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition 2001-03. The North American Industry classification (NAICS) code is 422410 and the business size maximum is 100 Employees. The proposed contract is full and open. This office is requesting quotes on the following items: 0001 Food Products (Meat, Poultry, Fruit, Canned Foods, and Dairy Products). Please provide a listing of the products and prices your company provides. All food products shall be delivered to the Peach Springs Post Office, Mile Post 103, Highway 66, Peach Springs, Arizona 86434. The BIA, OIEP shall provide transportation of the food products from Peach Springs, Arizona to Havasupai Elementary School, Supai, Arizona. Havasupai Elementary School shall order products on an as needed bases. Orders are usually placed on a weekly basis. There are approximately 100 elementary students that attend Havasupai Elementary School. Closing Date of Quote is September 03, 2004, 9:00am local time (Albuquerque, NM).
