Description

The Acquisition Management Department, National Naval Medical Center, Bethesda, Maryland on behalf of the Serology Lab intends to award a sole-sourced standing order to Trinity Biotech, Inc. 1930 Innerbelt Business Center D, St. Louis, MO 63114 for their HAV 96 and HAV IgM 96 test kits. Award will be made in the form of a SF1449 commercial purchase order for the period 1 October 2004 through 30 September 2005 to include the use of one (1) Labotech Microplate Analyzer including Microsoft Windows Software, service and maintenance, on-site training, technical support and validation of reagent kits. A copy of the solicitation may be viewed at www.neco.navy.mil. This acquisition is being conducted under the guidelines as set forth in the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). Award will be contingent upon availability of FY05 funding. See Note 22.
