Description

REQUIREMENTS: The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease approximately 38,000 rentable square feet (RSF) of office and related space. The RSF must yield between 30,000 to 34,500 ANSI/BOMA useable square feet. Space must be contiguous and fully ADA accessible. The Government also requires 150 parking spaces. LOCATION: Site must be located in the following delineated area: NORTH: I-75 to Norwood Lateral (652); SOUTH: Ohio River; EAST: I-71; WEST: I-75. LEASE TERM: 10 years; 5 years firm. OCCUPANCY: Space must be ready for occupancy by December 2004. Expressions of interest should include the following and be submitted no later than COB September 15, 2004: (1.) Building name and address. (2.) Available rentable square footage, floor(s) location, and estimated rentable rate per rentable square foot. (3.) Floor plan and. (4.) Owner?s name and address and written statement from owner that Offeror has legal authority to provide information on the property.
