Description

The US Government is interested in leasing approximately 4,500 usable square feet of office space in Jersey City, New Jersey. The delineated area is as follows: Eastern Boundary-Border along the Hudson River, Western Boundary-Louis Munoz Marin Boulevard, Northern Boundary-11th Street Viaduct/Newport Parkway, Southern Boundary-Border along Morris Canal Basin. The Government will consider the cost of moving, alterations, and other cost factors when considering any given office space for this procurement. Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of space.
