Description

This notification is Amendment NO. One (1) to the subject combined synopsis/solicitation (RFQ CC-04-15) which was originally posted on August 12, 2004 for commercial laundry services on Operating Room Linens and Scrubs for the Clinical Center at the National Institutes of Health, Bethesda, Maryland. This original notification was prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the FAR and is hereby supplemented with additional information included in this amendment notification. The date and time designated for receipt of responses to the subject RFQ is hereby extended from 2:00 p.m. September 1, 2004 to 2:00 p.m. September 3, 2004, local time at place designated for receipt of responses. Vendors may obtain a copy of Amendment No. 1 by submitting an e-mail request to aargaman@cc.nih.gov (Tel no. 301-594-5919) by no later than September 2, 2004. If there are any questions on this RFQ, they must be e-mailed to aargaman@cc.nih.gov.No further questions on this RFQ or Amendment NO. 1will be accepted after 2:00 p.m. on September 2, 2004. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (31-AUG-2004); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
