Description
Description: See numbered notes: 9, 12, and 26. NSN 2520-01-316-2630 ? Oil Cooler Assembly, Power Steering,, used on AM General M998 (HMMWV) series trucks. Being bought in accordance with Army (19207) source controlled drawing 12338314 and all related documents, with the approved source being AM General (34623) and Behr Heat Transfer Systems (50022). The total quantity required is 1888 each with 1800 each going to (W25G1U) New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001 and 88 each going to (W62G2T) Stockton, CA 95296-0130, FOB destination is requested. There is an option for 1888 each, which may or may not be exercised by the Government and pricing for increments up to 5,000 each. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date of 09/16/04 hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Technical drawings/bid sets are available after the above issue date from DSCC-VTCD at the above web cite. Requests should include the RFP number, opening/closing date, NSN, purchase Request Number (e.g. YPC/YPE), buyer?s name and your complete name and address. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. This solicitation is not set-aside for small business concerns. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The required delivery is 90 days including. A written quotation is required.
