The Coast Guard intends to solicit, negotiate and award a sole-source procurement to Buffalo Graphics, 3741 Lakeshore Road, Blasdell, NY 14219 for a PCS-100 Radar Simulator for classroom instruction, under the authority of FAR 6.302. The NAICS code is 334511. The small business size standard is 750 employees. The contract type will be a firm-fixed price. If no response are received within fifteen (15) days with sufficient information to determine that another responsible source is available, negotiations will be conducted with Buffalo Graphics.
