Description: It is the intent of the National Library of Medicine (NLM) to negotiate the continuation of a delivery order for integration services with IBM (IBM) under GSA Federal Supply Schedule Number GS35F4984. This order was originally a competitive award made in accordance with the rules and regulations of FAR Par 8, Special Order Procedures. This award will be made on a sole source basis to increase the initial total value of the order. This is only a notice of governments intent, not a Request for Quotations.
