Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation and incorporated clauses/provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-24. The solicitation incorporates by reference the following clauses: FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.232-33, and 252.204- 7004. The purpose of this synopisis/solicitation is to upgrade active voice mail systems in five(5) locations at the Air Force Institute of Technology and provide maintenance on the active voice mail systems. One(1)system is to be installed at a remote, is not operational. (See attached Statement of Work) Period of Performance is: ONE YEAR FROM CONTRACT AWARD.. The Ship to Address is: AFIT/SC, 2950 Hobson Way, Bldg 642, Area B, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base Ohio 45433-5309.
