THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT, AMENDMENT NUMBER THREE, TO W914NS-04-Q-0210 IS TO EXTEND THE DUE DATE OF THE QUOTE AND TO ALLOW FOR THE POSSIBILITY OF AWARDING OF MORE THAN ONE CONTRACT PURSUANT TO THIS SOLICITATION. 1. The Government reserves the right to award more than one contract. 2. The due date of the quote is changed to 10 September 2004. The quote is due at 1700 hours, Baghdad time, on 10 September 2004.
