Description

The National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA),Information for Telecommunication Science (ITS) proposes to negotiate on a sole source basis with The Institute for Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Spectrum Magazine to provide half page advertisements for the International Symposium on Advanced Radio Technologies (ISART) to be held at the Department of Commerce, Boulder Labs in March, 2005. For this symposium to be successful, as many engineering businesses and electrical engineers working in the telecommunications industry must be notified. The advertisements will be published in the November 2004, December 2004 and January 2005 issues in IEEE Spectrum Magazine. IEEE Spectrum is the premiere publication for this event because the magazine is so widely ready by the conference's targeted audience.****NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE. Any responses to this notice will be evaluated solely to determine whether or not a commercial item (FAR Part 12) competitive procurement would be in the best interest of the Government.
